Parents can make payments in Arbor using the Arbor Parent Portal or Parent App for meals, clubs, trips, and school shop items.

How to Make a Payment

1. Log in to your Arbor Parent Portal or open the Arbor Parent App on your phone.
2. Go to your Payments or select Quick Actions > Basket.
3. Select the child you want to pay for and choose the specific account or item (such as Meals, a Trip, or a Club).
4. Click Top up account or Pay now / Add to basket.
5. Enter the payment amount (minimum limits may apply, such as £2).
6. Proceed to the secure checkout page and complete your payment using Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Onelink.
7. Complete any required identity authentication (like an SMS code or mobile banking prompt) if prompted by your bank.
