At George Tomlinson, we have high aspirations for all of our children and we believe that every child should have equal access to a high quality education. . We aim to provide quality teaching across the school and our pupil premium strategy outlines how we intend to do this.

The following pupils will attract recovery premium funding to schools:

• pupils who are eligible for free schools meals (FSM)
• pupils who have been eligible for free school meals at any point in the last 6 years
• children looked after by local authorities and referred to as looked-after children (LAC)
• post-looked after children (post-LAC)

School allocations are calculated on a per pupil basis
