Community and public Lettings at George Tomlinson Primary School.

We are conveniently located just three minutes walk from Leytonstone tube station.

For regular bookings, our halls and studio are best suited to weekday evenings and Sunday fitness classes. We can also accept ad hoc event bookings on Saturdays such as daytime family parties and baby markets.

Our great selection of classrooms are suitable for supplementary schooling and smaller church groups looking for worship space.

There are also grass pitches which are seasonally marked for sports activities and can be hired for community events.

OPTION 1 - FULL HALL 

Our larger event hall can fit up to 300 guests and is the ideal central space for a larger event when used in conjunction with our Half Hall for your family gathering or pre-wedding reception.

It's the perfect space for larger exercise classes such as Clubbercise, Zumba and Bhangra Blaze.

A sound system is available for use and the dimensions are 29m x 24m. Viewing is highly recommended.

OPTION 2 - GRASS FIELD

This area is best described as an urban oasis and is not located on the primary school grounds. It is accessible via secured gates on Harold Road.

Currently, there are no toilet facilities but the school plans to install these sometime in the near future. In the meantime, there are toilets for use in the main building.

It is the perfect place for a community fun day, an outdoor family gathering or a game of rounders. Due to residents, this space is not available for hire in the evenings.

There are football goals available but no line markings.

OPTION 3 - DANCE STUDIO 

If you are a Dance or Drama Principle searching for more space, we have a selection of rooms suitable for regular hire in addition to rehearsals and performances.

Clubbercise, Zumba, Yoga, Circuits, Line Dancing, Martial Arts, Pilates, Bhangra Blaze...whatever your discipline...we have a space for you!

On selected weekday evenings, we can also accommodate one-off practice bookings.

OPTION 4 - MULTI GAMES PLAYGROUND

Our multi games playground has a caged football court and a large playground space for car boot sales, farmer's market stalls and table top sales.

The space may also be used as a car park for a maximum of 30 vehicles...if parked responsibly!

OPTION 5 - Classroom(s) hire

We have large classroom facilities for hire at George Tomlinson. They are ideal for gatherings such as worshipping and supplementary school tutoring.

We can provide equipment such as interactive screens, 15 tables + 30 chairs, and WIFI to ensure your booking runs smoothly.
