PE and Sport
Sport is given a very high profile at George Tomlinson, with all children participating in PE lessons (including games, athletics, gym and dance) twice a week. We have a range of opportunities for children to take part in sporting activities and clubs before and after school (gymnastics, multisports, karate, dance, football and more...) and a number of children represent our school in sporting competitions across the borough and beyond.
Each week staff members are challenge to take part in a sporting challenge for our GTTV YouTube channel, which also showcases our sporting activities and achievements each week.
We are actively involved in our local School Sports network
Please download our curriculum overview and information regarding our Sports Premium spend and our evidence of Sports Premium impact document.
